About me
I am entering my fourth year as Dean of Students for Greenbrier Middle School, and my 13th year within Greenbrier School District. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, a Master’s of Science degree in Coaching and Kinesiology, as well as a building level administration certificate through Arkansas State University.
My goal in education is to facilitate a passion, a confidence, and an appreciation for learning. I place an emphasis on creating a growth mindset with students. Advocating becoming a better version of yourself ensures students’ growth in self-esteem, motivation in life, and in confidence. I believe that an emphasis on growth allows students and teachers to become better leaders in the school by experiencing firsthand the benefits of hard work, discipline, and goal setting.
