Dr. Marcia Smith is the Deputy Superintendent for Springdale Schools and an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas. She earned a Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas in Curriculum and Instruction, a Specialist degree in Educational Administration, a Master's degree in Curriculum, a building-level administrator license, and a Bachelor of Science degree in math education. Dr. Smith is on the AACIA board of directors and was named the AACIA Administrator of the Year in 2020. She is also involved in numerous state and local organizations.
