Misty Doyle is the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching & Learning in the Jonesboro School District. She is starting her 23rd year in education. Prior to assuming the role of Assistant Superintendent, Mrs. Doyle served as a mid-level literacy and science teacher, Literacy Specialist, Magnet School Coordinator, Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal, School Improvement Specialist, and Director of Curriculum. Her current responsibilities include supervising K-12 Curriculum and Instruction, School Improvement, Professional Development, New Teacher Support, Instructional Coaching, K-6 Interviews, Gifted/Advanced Placement/EOS, Professional Learning Communities, RTI, Dyslexia, Migrant, ELL, Homeless, Parent and Family Engagement, and Federal Programs. In addition to her responsibilities, Mrs. Doyle serves on the AACIA Board as Secretary/Treasurer.
