About me
Dr. Mike Hernandez is the Executive Director for the AAEA. He recently served as the State Superintendent for the Office of Coordinated Support and Service with the Arkansas Department of Education. Dr. Hernandez has also been a superintendent, principal and teacher in various Arkansas school districts. He has a passion for developing people to support students.
