About me
Kimberly Glass directs and oversees federal programs for Springdale Public Schools. Kimberly is serving as the Past President of the National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators. (NAFEPA) She is an award-winning Federal Coordinator earning both the Arkansas Association of Federal Coordinators (AAFC) Federal Coordinators of the Year, 2010 and the National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators (NAFEPA) State Leadership Award, 2015 and 2024 in recognition of her leadership and dedicated service to her state and AAFC. Kimberly also serves as Past President and Treasurer of the American Association for Employment in Education and serves as the Region 4 Representative on the Arkansas Association of Federal Coordinators (AAFC) board. Kimberly received the AAEE Pricilla A Scotlan Award for Distinguished Service in 2024. Kimberly also serves on the Committee of Practitioners.
