With 20 years of experience in education, Jennifer Francis is a dedicated educator who has spent the majority of her career championing student learning in the classroom. As a 6th and 8th grade literacy teacher, Mrs. Francis spent her time in the classroom helping students develop the critical skills of reading, writing, and thinking deeply—skills essential for lifelong learning and success.
Since 2020, Mrs. Francis has served as the Assistant Principal at Bethel Middle School, where she continues to advocate for practices that ensure all students have access to the core curriculum. A firm believer in the power of collaboration, Mrs. Francis is deeply committed to the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process, recognizing its impact on improving student achievement and fostering a culture of continuous growth among educators.
