2025 AAEA Summer Conference

Bethany is a systems support specialist at Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative. She is a former elementary school principal, instructional coach, and lifelong teacher. Bethany supports districts with systems for multi-tiered behavior and strengthening instructional quality. She facilitates learning for districts on trauma-invested practices, culture and climate, behavior RTI,  classroom management, family communication, working dogs in schools, and student engagement. She also provides support for building leaders on fostering continued growth in teachers.
