This two-part session will explore how East End Middle School has implemented targeted Tier 1 and Tier 2 behavior supports and interventions to improve student behavior and academic achievement.
In the first breakout (1:20-2:20), the behavior team—comprising the principal, counselor, teachers, and ARBSS Behavior Specialists—will present the strategies, processes, and data collection tools used to establish effective behavior interventions in Tier 1 and Tier 2. Attendees will gain insight into practical approaches that have led to reduced discipline infractions, a positive school culture, and increased academic achievement.
